Oh Shea Can You See

I thought I’d share with you some pictures and video from when I sang the National Anthem at Shea Stadium for the New York Mets. Singing the anthem for the Mets has been a life-long dream, and to do it in Shea’s final season made the day even more special.

We even got to check out batting practice from the field, and for the second time in my life I was star-struck, when Jose Reyes walked 2 feet in front of me and I froze (the first one was when I saw Jordan Knight from NKOTB– but don’t tell anyone I said that).
