As many of you know, some of my favorite shows have been benefit concerts. Habitat for Humanity, Relay for Life... but this Saturday, I'll be performing for a different sort of benefit concert, to remember 21-year-old Eva Block who passed away in a fire last year. Eva was a fellow Amity High School grad, and will be remembered this Saturday at our alma mater with some amazing ballet performances. I'm honored to be a part of the event. Proceeds from the benefit will go to a scholarship in Eva's name, which will benefit a child in the Greater New Haven area to take ballet lessons as a way to keep Eva's memory alive.
